We were together with LAZZONI for 2 days… Here are our observations;
LAZZONI, with more than 60 years of experience, reliability and quality, has earned a rightful reputation in its sector and is one of the leading companies in the furniture sector. Also today with the third generation, the company, which transforms the power coming from its ambition and determination into confidence, continues to grow steadily with the right investments. It ranks among the most distinguished brands thanks to its different designs, service quality and the products aimed at the groups with high level of taste and expectation.
LAZZONI, whose journey of branding extends back to 1950s, is a brand that is Ankara-centered but facing to the world. Yaşar Kababulut , the son of Osman Kababulut who laid the foundation of the brand fifty years ago, has managed the brand successfully for many years. Yaşar Kababulut says:” We are a family company. Handing over the f lag is a very critical issue. Therefore, the families should guide their children for their choice of profession while planning for their family companies. The vocational education that would be provided for their children in line with the vision and goals of the family company is important for the companies.”
Currently, Efe Kababulut representing the third generation, contributes to the achievements of Lazzoni Furniture, both in design and management vision after his Industrial Design education in America.
Efe Kababulut has worked in many positions in the company, for example, when he was a sales representative he noticed the fact that Lazzoni had no missing but a lot more than the other
furniture stores in New York, and reports that he set out with a faith that a Lazzoni store to be opened in the city would do a very good job. Young businessman emphasized that as the Kababulut family, they preferred to remain loyal to their essence while trying to create a world brand and said that they stepped into branding works after being registered as Lazzoni in 2000.
In 2001, they decided to produce domestic furniture and pondered upon target audience and design issues. They have set their goals on being a world brand. That’s why they indigenized the Italian style which attracts attention. Lazzoni is generally thought to be derived from ‘Laz’ because the Kababulut family is originally from Artvin; but the story is quite different. Back then they were working with the Italian designer Marco Lazzoni. They used the name Lazzoni because they found his surname impressive and thought that it matched up well with the Italian style. But they think that the analogy with Laz is also a good result on their behalf.

into his team of Turkish and Italian designers.
Famous American interior designer Jennifer Post, who is known globally for her stylish and minimalist approach; designed the house of Jennifer Lopez after designing the houses of leading names
of Wall Street and Simon Cowell that we know from American idol.
Post, who does not compromise on perfection, admires the “simple and modern” design insight of Lazzoni Furniture and says that she has found the brand very close to her. From now on, the houses of Lazzoni users will meet with the designs of Jennifer Post who furnished her house in New York with Lazzoni Furniture.
Lazzoni, which carries its leading position in the furniture sector to the tourism sector, has made an ambitious entry into the sector with its 5 star hotel built with its dazzling architecture. For the first step of their new investment, they chose Sütlüce region of Istanbul, where tourism investments have increased rapidly in the last period. Lazzoni Hotel with the aim of bringing a new breath to the city hotels and in order to keep its claim from the beginning has entered into service
under the General Management of Gürhan Sayar who achieved success at Swissotel and became popular with his experience. In like manner, Lazzoni Chairman Yaşar Kababulut, who does not want to compromise on mastership in the kitchen of hotel, set out with Andreas Erni and entrusted the menu to the Swiss chief who was selected as one of the best foreign chefs in Turkey by the authorities.
This work must have been noticed by the authorities that “Lazzoni Hotel”, which is a complete Turkish brand, has been deemed worthy for luxury accommodation and hospitality award of 2016 in the award ceremony of “Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards”, which was held for the fourth time and indicated as one of the most prestigious award ceremonies of the world.
